J Majik

J Majik (born James Spratling) is an English producer and DJ working in breakbeat, drum and bass, jungle and liquid funk. He comes from Northwood, London. He first released music in 1992 and was using the J Majik name by 1994.

Spratling started in the early 1990s and was already active in his early teens. His earliest credited release came in 1992 under the name DJ Dextrous. By 1994 he had adopted the J Majik moniker for his drum and bass output.
