Shrine To Loss Installation.

Personal losses and loss / grief as a wider concept. We are looking for your artworks and mementos to add to a group installation. Loss and grief has been a huge presence for many of us in recent years, and this is an opportunity to comemmorate these losses as a community.

This will be set up inside the train carriage.

We are not able to attach things to the wall inside as it is an antique but freestanding pieces very welcome, also we will be providing some cork boards so small pieces and mementoes that can be pinned onto these would work great. Please bring with you on the day.

Profits raised will be going to The Hackney Migrants Centre to support the work they do. Hackney Migrant Centre (HMC) is a community organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers throughout London. At a time when divisive rhetoric and far-right violence are fracturing our society, marked by recent racist attacks and Islamophobia across Britain, we stand firm in our belief that migrants belong in our communities.
