Midnight Bass // Journey Thru Jungle w/ SIMMS (Balamii Radio), Wrisk, SOLECTA, Chameleon + more

This Tuesday we welcome SIMMS back to Cab Vol, fresh from supporting SHY FX at Notting Hill Carnival. Since his debut with us in 2023, the Northwest London selector has been climbing quick through the city’s ranks, carving out a proper name for himself in London’s jungle scene.

A key player in London’s new wave, SIMMS holds down a monthly Balamii Radio residency and runs regular slots with Junglicious, pushing warehouse sessions across the capital. His sets carry that trademark blend of intelligent DnB and classic jungle flavours - a sound rooted in the 90s and 00s but sharpened with his own forward-thinking touch.

He’s the third guest in the run, following Degs and Gabriella Bongo at our eighth birthday, with North Quarter’s Echo Brown next week and Shy FX locked for October.

Support comes locked from Subcity Radio’s Solecta, Overground’s Wrisk and Chameleon, while Room 2 goes full Drum & Bass with a handful of fresh selectors stepping up for their Midnight Bass and Cab Vol debuts.
