Acid James (UK Based) has held residencies in Melbourne (Pawn & Co) and Amsterdam (The Cabin) and has performed at Bora Bora (Ibiza), Gottwood Festival (UK), El Dorado Festival (UK) and XE54 (Melbourne) featured in MixMag, an Apple Music Editorial.

Recently, he has started a radio station residency at Brixton Radio alongside a night time show on Voices Radio. Acid James played his eclectic records of electronica, old school rave, and afro, with his unique sonic blend of disco, iconic and future acid house. This upcoming summer, he will also be playing his acid productions the festival at Gottwood 2024 and El Dorado 2024.

His music has further excelled, being premiered by the likes of Les Yeux Orange, and Deep House Sweden to name a few... and since his first major release on his label NOIDEA. Acid James has received much support; highlights are TSHA, MixMag, Damian Lazarus, Sasha, LP Giobbi, Parra for Cuva, sim0ne, Penelope, Dimitri Kneppers, Danny Rampling, John Digweed, Fred P, Just Her, Alinka, Muther, DJ T, Lis Sarroca, Chrissy, Jimi Jules and Jaye Ward.

His next release is his album Global Groovers and will be dropping on the 22nd May 2024 with a Soundcloud premier from Inverted Audio. Alongside remixes coming out on Ecliptic Sounds and Rehabilitation.

When Acid James is not performing, he also gives back to the DJ community by previously teaching for Pirate Studios, Brixton Sound School and Virtuoso in their virtual classroom amongst some greats such as Carl Cox, Joris Voorn, and Jaguar. James does not want to just focus on himself as an artist. He believes in educating and helping the rising stars of the dance community to grow and reach their goals! As Acid James grows, he wants to inspire and bring others along his journey.
