Having grown up in a family of musicians, resaresa cannot imagine a life without continuous musical accompaniment. Music is her emotional expression, her support, escapism, community.

resaresa is not constrained to a specific genre in her DJ sets, but she moves within the realm of groovy and darker hypnotic techno and all the way up to raw and trippy techno. She holds a special place in her heart for classic Detroit techno and minimal techno of the new millenial.

Her proclivity to diverse and driving basslines combined with percussive beats and interesting melodic elements always leads to entertaining, euphoric and immersive sets that tell a story to the audience.

resaresa is a member of the DJ collective SOKO_RAVE, and she is also involved with different awareness structures, promoting progressive club culture and creating safer spaces for everyone.

Aufgewachsen in einer Musiker*innenfamilie, kann sich resaresa ein Leben ohne ständige musikalische Begleitung nicht vorstellen. Musik ist ihr emotionaler Ausdruck, ihre Stütze, Realitätsflucht, Gemeinschaft.

Bei ihren Sets lässt sie sich nicht auf ein Genre festlegen, bewegt sich aber grundsätzlich im Bereich zwischen groovigem und dunklerem hypnotischen Techno, es darf auch mal raw oder trippy werden. Eine besondere Liebe hat sie für die Elemente des klassischen Detroit Technos und den Minimal Techno der 2000er Jahre.

Der Hang zu diversen driving Basslines, die in Kombination mit percussiven Beats und interessanten Melodieelementen eine Erzählung entwickeln, macht ihre Sets durchgehend unterhaltsam, euphorisch und immersiv.

resaresa ist als Teil des Dresdner DJ-Kollektivs SOKO_RAVE sowie dem Dresden Audio Visual Experience Festival auch als Veranstalterin tätig und zusätzlich in verschiedenen überregionalen Awareness-Strukturen für eine progressive und safere Clubkultur aktiv.
