Frank Post, known professionally as Posij (pronounced "pose-eye"), is a Dutch producer and DJ working in bass music, drum and bass and drumstep. He is from Groningen, Netherlands, and releases under the Posij name on a number of established electronic labels.

Post began making music around age 15 and later studied sound design at the School for the Arts in Groningen. Those two facts—an early start and formal training in sound design—appear throughout his output: he moves between production and DJ work with a clear emphasis on crafted sound and technical detail.

Posij’s production style foregrounds detailed low-end design and tight drum programming. Across his releases he leans into layered basslines and sculpted sub frequencies common to bass music and drum & bass, while also deploying tempo and rhythm choices associated with drumstep (the steadier half-time hits and syncopation you hear in his slower material). His sound-design background shows in measured use of processing and modulation: arrangements that stack re-sampled elements, precise transient shaping on breaks, and textural atmospherics that sit above the low-end. As a DJ he blends higher-tempo DnB rollers with drumstep cuts, favouring mixes where drums remain crisp and bass translates clearly on sound-systems.

Posij has released on Vision Recordings, Division, MTA, Bitbird, Neosignal and Hospital. His debut album, Morphing, arrived on Vision Recordings on February 24, 2020. In February 2021 he launched his own label, OKAY.
