Raised in D.C. and collecting records since childhood, she eventually found a home in Jungle/Drum & Bass, building parties, art shows, and community spaces that pushed the sound forward. A longtime force in crews like Hide Out, Vanguard, House~ology, DNA Injection, and Speakeasy Disco, she delivers soulful, timeless, underground Jungle with the precision of someone who’s lived the culture for decades. If you don’t know, you’re about to.

Joanna O. has been a key figure in the U.S. rave scene since 1998, evolving from dancer to breaks DJ to a defining voice in Drum & Bass. Known for smooth, soulful, jungle-influenced sets, she helped shape Richmond’s DnB sound and ran Turnstyle—an all-vinyl record shop and cultural hub—from 2003 to 2016, now continued online. She’s shared stages with Goldie, LTJ Bukem, Marky, Lenzman, and more, joined D.C.’s 2 TUFF crew in 2024, and expanded internationally in 2025 with UK label events and guest mixes on Kool FM and Rinse FM. She also hosts “Frequency” on WRIR 97.3 FM, one of the country’s longest-running electronic music radio shows, keeping Drum & Bass moving forward.

Slee-P is an OG Junglist with DJ chops to back it up. He's a frequent at Junglist BASSment and other DnB events around town. You can catch him spinning regularly on Audio Infusion, WEAA 88.9FM.

DJ Nerva organizes music events, including Jungle and DnB nights, across Baltimore. Versatile in style, he blends thoughtful grooves with emotionally charged bangers, pushing dancefloors into new territory.
