GGAX2 is a DJ, dance music event organizer, and electronic music curator, connecting the local scene with real-world dancefloors.

Based in Seoul, he has led Gwangju’s underground dance music community Deepocean for the past 10 years. With four years of experience as a stage manager at the Asia Culture Center in Gwangju, he developed a strong sense of on-site production and venue operations. Building on that foundation, he has been running Deepocean Lab, an underground club located near Gwangju’s old city hall district, for the past six years, establishing it as a key hub for the regional scene.

Through Simhae Lab, he has mentored and developed around 50 DJs, expanding the flow of the local community. He has also produced over 200 parties and festivals across Seoul, Gwangju, Busan (tour), and Taiwan (tour), continuing to develop projects where planning and performance move together.

In Seoul, he is also active with BUMPY, a rave party collective launched in 2024, creating open and energetic experiences built on high tempo sounds and a bright, humorous atmosphere where anyone can naturally blend in and enjoy the dancefloor.

As a DJ, his sound centers on Hard Bounce, Hard Trance, and Drum & Bass, driven by fast tempos and dense grooves that push the floor’s energy to its peak. Guided by the motto “Nothing we love is ever in vain” and the catchphrase “We go deeper,” he continues to move forward with a deeper vision inside the scene.
