Uppermost is the stage name of Behdad Nejatbakhshe (born February 19, 1989). He is a Paris-based electronic music producer and DJ who works across drum and bass, drumstep, dubstep, French house, liquid funk and vocal-jazz‑tinged electronic music.

Nejatbakhshe began producing at 17, working in FL Studio. Early in his career he released music on major labels and compilations, including Sony BMG and Ministry of Sound, and later established his own imprint, Uppwind. His 2009 single "Equivocal" reached No. 3 on the Beatport electro-house chart, and his Biscuit Factory EP hit No. 1 on JunoDownload’s electro-house chart in 2011.
