From BluJaz.net, This is a little embarrassing. Unlike all the cool kids, we don't have a Alley Katscorporate identity. We have no mission statement, grand vision or a rehash of a catchy tagline. At BluJaz, we believe in the simple things of life. Simple things that have somehow become so hard to find. Good food. Love. Laughter. Friends. Family. Music. Conversation. And decent prices, because no one should be allowed to pay fifty dollars for a meal. It's a little hard to believe. No one could possibly get all of that right. But hey, we're trying. All of us at BluJaz don't just magically appear at opening time and vanish in little puffs of smoke with the last turn of the key at night. We go out too. And we think we're the best place to go for all of the above. Because we actually bother about showing you a good time. No, don't believe us. We all know talk is cheap, today. Instead, come and see for yourself. We're pretty sure we deliver. And we're pretty sure you'll keep coming back.
