Jungle Jam Bangkok presents 30 Years of Mampi Swift

After smashing the dance floor in Bangkok last year, Mampi Swift had to come back for more!

This time around he'll be putting our own Jungle Jam sound-system to the test with his trademark double drops, come and witness the force.

Mista C

Since starting to dj with vinyl on turntables at the tender age of just 15, Mista-C's love for drum and bass had only just but grew rapidly. Getting addicted to vinyl shopping, Mista-C started working at the famous Revolution Records in London, which was a gateway for him to play sets on some of London's top pirate radio stations, including Freeze FM, Trilogy FM, Rampage FM and Fire FM.

Aside from gigs in London, Mista-C levelled up to international performances, including at Es Paradis in Ibiza, playing for Helter Skelter and Innovation. Since relocating to Thailand, you can often see him at underground bass events in Bangkok, up and down the country and neighbouring region.

Mista-C has performed supporting sets next to some of the biggest names including: Andy C, Nicky Blackmarket, Phantasy, Hazard, Mampi Swift to name but a few on the extensive list!

Bannerman & Animal

Fresh from the creation of Bangkok's own Springhead Recordings and the debut E.P. release of "A Long Time Coming," Bannerman and Animal will bring a performance showcasing their original material dropped into their set.

Bannerman:

Growing up in the UK, close to London, Bannerman found a love for jungle D&B at an early age through friends with common interests and after attending drum and bass club nights and raves he decided to try his hand at producing his own tracks then and there. His debut, "A Long Time Coming," released as the first EP on Springhead Recordings showcases his adeptness at crafting soundscapes that feel as expansive as they are personal, drawing listeners into a world where rhythm and melody narrate tales of urban exploration and introspection.

Animal: Growing up in the UK in the 90s, DJ Animal followed drum and bass as it emerged through raves, tape packs and vinyl. In the 2000s he was a founding member of the Cut Loose crew, promoting events and DJing around Brighton, with some forays into production of bootlegs, mashups and original tracks. Since leaving the UK in 2010, he’s taken his passion for drum and bass to many countries, whether promoting Saigon Loves Jungle events, organizing boat parties in Doha, or gigging around Bangkok. Between regular sets at Irie Bangkok and appearances at Thai festivals such as Wonderfruit, Sub Camp and Sunset Beach, DJ Animal has been honing his craft in the studio, zeroing in on a style that is authentic and emotive, both forward-looking and inspired by his decades-long love affair with drum and bass.

DJ Guni

Founder of SOTU Events and Unusual Suspect, DJ Guni is championing UK rave culture in Bangkok. An original nuttah at heart, he's bringing his love for dirty basslines and punchy riddims to Jungle Jam in support of the legendary Mampi Swift.

Rapple G

The Jungle Jam stalwart is a crowd pleaser. The former MC turned DJ loves to let the music do the talking. Its all about the tune selection and drawn out mixes. Having supported big names in the game, such as; Benny Page, Deekline, Bryan G and the Freestylers, Rapple-G always heats up the room nicely!
