From the forefront of the modern jungle revival, we’re excited to welcome the luminary known as Tim Reaper, the founder of the cult label Future Retro, to Paavli.CLUB.

Forming the foundation for contemporary jungle music, his work draws on his deep knowledge of the classic ‘90s rave sounds while fusing the present and future into it, making him perhaps the most important voice in the current era of jungle music. With an affinity for skillsful drum programming, moody melodies that draw inspiration from ’93 darkside to ’97 rollers, time-stretched samples, thick reese bass and a production style best described as clean and fresh, Tim is one of the most thrilling artists of our time.

The electronic music world has not been ignorant to this talent, taking him to perform multiple tours in the USA, Europe, Asia and beyond, at venues and festivals such as Draaimolen, Outlook, Garage Noord, The Cause, Kaiku, Dimensions, Village Underground & more.

Reaper’s most recent output, a collaborative album with Kloke released on Hyperdub was dubbed by ResidentAdvisor as explosive from start to finish, a must-listen.
