Within the drum and bass/jungle field he works across drum and bass, liquid funk and bass-music, and his wider palette also touches dubstep, grime and industrial-tinged bass. He rose to prominence in the 2010s.

Ford first gained attention through a run of releases on specialist labels in the 2010s.
