Voltage (Rouen Wilkins) is a British producer and DJ from the West of the United Kingdom, based in Wales. He operates primarily within drum and bass and jungle, with a catalogue that moves between jump-up energy, classic jungle rhythms and deeper, rolling drum & bass textures.
