One of the most exciting DJs on the current global circuit is coming back to Asia to bring his unique energy to MDLR in Singapore on November 29 and Sol Rooftop in Bali on November 30.

An open-format DJ, Singh’s sets are a genre-defying mix that blend Garage, UK Funky, grime, jungle, DnB, and Punjabi folk, alongside nostalgic trance and hip-hop. “People are like: how am I supposed to define this guy?” Singh laughs. “I am never going to allow myself to get boxed in” – expect the unexpected at a Yung Singh set.

Awarded DJ Mag’s ‘Breakthrough DJ of the Year’ in 2021, Singh’s rise has been punctuated by viral moments, from his era-defining Boiler Room set to collaborations with artists like Raf Saperra that have become club folklore.

Fiercely proud of his Punjabi-Sikh heritage, Singh is committed to honouring the UK Punjabi and South Asian music legacy, including creating ‘The Birth of Punjabi Garage’ documentary with Ministry of Sound.

His genre-bending sets have blessed major festivals like Horst and Dour in Belgium, Sónar in Barcelona, Lyon’s Nuits Sonores, Berghain’s Panorama Bar, and Glastonbury.
